Responsible Gaming Policy for Indian Players

As a legal and regulated company that cares about its customers, we want you to play responsibly on our platform to have an enjoyable time and avoid gaming addiction. Read out Responsible Gaming Policy to be aware of dangers that come with gaming and know how to take control.

1. General Principles

See our main provisions below:

1.1. The Company recognizes that betting and gambling services, although legal and regulated, involve risks of financial loss and possible psychological damage. Responsible Gaming is thus not merely a fundamental value of the Company but also an obligation of policy binding on all Customers of the Service.

1.2. The Responsible Gaming Policy (the “Policy”) is set forth to safeguard the Customer, guard public interest, and guarantee that all gambling activity provided through the Service continues to be a legal mode of entertainment rather than an unhealthy or destructive activity.

1.3. The Company hereby stresses that gambling should never be treated as a basic source of income or be used to solve a Customer’s own financial issues. Attending to gambling-related activities shall at all times be considered a matter of personal choice and carried out using only money the Customer is prepared to lose.

1.4. By opening an Account or otherwise using the Service, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the conditions of this Policy, to acknowledge the risks involved in gambling, and to agree to abide by the rules and limitations outlined above.

2. Underage Betting Prohibition

We take underage gaming very seriously and make all the effort to keep minors away from PariPulse India platform.

2.1. The Company specifically forbids all individuals under the age of 18 years (or the lowest legal age of majority as established by the Customer’s jurisdiction, if greater) from using or accessing any aspect of the Service.

2.2. In enforcing such prohibition, the Company shall have the right to ask for proof of identity and age from any Customer at any time. In the event of such verification being unable to be performed to satisfaction, access to the Service will be suspended, and all funds held on the Account will be frozen pending final determination.

2.3. Advertising, sponsorship, and promotional activity by the Company will never include material intended to entice, appeal to, or take advantage of the interests of persons under the age of majority.

2.4. In the event the Service is used on a shared computer or device, the Customer shall still be personally liable for preventing underage individuals from accessing login information, banking information, or other confidential information related to the Account. The Customer is highly recommended to activate protective parental control software like NetNanny, Cyber Patrol, or similar software to block unauthorized usage.

3. Risks of Problem Gambling

3.1. Harm related to gambling can occur when a Customer loses control over gaming behavior. Problem gambling is also associated with mental health problems like anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. It can also lead to serious disturbance in personal relationships, financial stability, academic or work performance, and can result in extreme cases in criminal behavior.

3.2. The Company recognizes the gravity of such risks and has a zero-tolerance policy towards any activity that may promote or normalize excessive gambling conduct.

3.3. The Customer is reminded hereby that gambling must never be considered as:

  • a stable or sure way to earn income;
  • alternative to work, study, or investing;
  • solution to debt, financial difficulties, or personal problems.

3.4. Any sign that the Customer is playing in abusive or damaging gambling patterns shall be dealt with as a violation of this Policy and could lead to suspension or permanent Account closure.

4. Customer Self-Assessment

4.1. In order to help Customers determine if gambling behavior is becoming problematic, the Company has the following self-assessment questionnaire. Customers are urged to read these questions in all seriousness and free from outside pressure:

Do you find it harder and harder to control how much money you spend on gambling?

Have you ever borrowed money or thought about using illegal means in order to keep gambling?

Has gambling caused you to sacrifice family responsibilities, friendship, or job duties?

Do you feel defensive or annoyed when people criticize your gambling?

Have you lost interest in hobbies you used to enjoy due to gambling?

Did you ever lie about the time or money spent on gambling?

Do you gamble when depressed, anxious, or on drugs or drinking?

Have you ever experienced ideas of suicide or self-injury as a result of gambling loss?

4.2. If the Customer responds to a number of the preceding questions with “yes”, it may be an indication of a gambling problem. In these circumstances, the Customer is urged to discontinue the use of the Service immediately and to address professional help from organizations with a reputation for gambling addiction counseling.

5. Customer Obligations

5.1. Through registration and utilization of the Service, the Customer agrees to the following responsibilities:

To gamble within one’s own financial limits.

To establish and maintain personal monetary and temporal limits for expenditure on gambling.

To avoid trying to recover losses by further wagering (“chasing losses”).

To refrain from using the Service while intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or while feeling emotionally upset.

In order to make sure all activity on the Service meets the legal age and gambling laws in the Customer’s jurisdiction.

5.2. The Customer will be the only guarantor of lawfulness of registration and ongoing use of the Service. The Company shall not be responsible where the Customer breaks age limits or gambling regulations in their country of residence.

6. Self-Exclusion and Player Protection Measures

6.1. In order to prevent Customers from the risk of excessive gambling, the Company offers a voluntary Self-Exclusion Program. Under this program, Customers are permitted to temporarily or permanently limit access to their Accounts for certain time periods.

6.2. A Customer may submit a request for self-exclusion for a term of one (1) month, six (6) months, or twelve (12) months. The Account shall be closed and no access to gambling services shall be authorized during this period.

6.3. Once a request for self-exclusion has been accepted, it may not be rescinded until the entire period has ended. Any effort by the Customer to avoid self-exclusion by opening new Accounts or utilizing false information shall be considered a serious violation of this Policy.

6.4. In rare circumstances, if a Customer seeks early termination of an exclusion period, the ultimate decision shall be the sole prerogative of the Company, which may exercise unfettered discretion in approving or denying such requests.

6.5. The Customer is prohibited outright from gambling with any new Account opened during the period of self-exclusion. The Company shall incur no financial or legal liability if the Customer contravenes this ban.

7. Account Limitations and Restrictions

7.1. The Company may impose maximum stake limits, deposit limits, or session time limits on any Customer Account if it is considered necessary for protecting the welfare of the Customer.

7.2. A Customer can request the Company to impose financial or time-based limits on their Account at any time. Such modification will be effective not immediately but within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmation, in order to avoid rash decisions.

7.3. In case age verification or identity checks cannot be performed, the Company can suspend Access to Accounts and freeze funds pending submission and verification of the required documentation.

8. Advertising and Marketing Conduct

8.1. The Company ensures that all advertising, sponsoring, and promotional materials shall be carried on in accordance with relevant law and industry best practice.

Mislead Customers as to their chances of winning.
